Walk out onto your private lanai and relax on the lounge swing or share a meal with family in the warm Florida coastal weather! This home has been fully renovated but maintains its original charm! Each bedroom includes a queen bed with a memory foam mattress. Dedicated workstation with fast WIFI connection! The kitchen includes a full-size fridge and freezer combo, a deep stainless steel sink, a dishwasher, and an oven with a large four burner cook top all mounted on a solid quartz counter top! Relax on your comfortable leather sofa while listening to some vinyl records, or use the Roku TV and log into your Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, Amazon, and much more! The bathroom includes newly installed tile floor and complete tile surround shower with rainfall shower head! Plenty of room for all of your toiletries and personal items.

This neighborhood is great! Mostly older retired people who are extremely friendly and love to chat! The neighbors behind are the Boy Scouts of America and they have Monday night meetings and are usually done by 8!
